One good example. I think that it makes sense to use wearable computing technologies for toys. But whenever you think about a combination with RFID just forget it, there is a patent already.
Ok, i got the part that if s/o wants to make money with it they need a patent. But what's that.
"Each play object has a RFID tag IC. Each tag IC has a memory holding digital data that includes at least ID information different from that of the other play objects." Patent hereIn such general terms - you could write: I have a patent for everything that uses RFID and a kid would call a toy. I guess there is no better way to stop good competition. Sorry again.
